REFUND & RETURN POLICY

We hope you are happy with your purchase! However, if you are not completely satisfied for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund within 30 days of the date you received it. Once we receive your item, we will inspect and notify you that we have received your return. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting. If the cups are damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after the 30 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method payment).
